5/30/2025 - Milk FMMO - USDA Final Rule On January 16, 2025, the United States Department of Agriculture published its Final Decision to modernize the uniform pricing formulas for all 11 FMMOs (Federal Milk Marketing Orders). These new policies are created by the USDA and will go into effect on June 1, 2025 across all FMMOs.
