Show Date/Time: Thursday, September 10, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Culinary students will in attendance from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.

Location: Exposition Hall B, Freeman Coliseum, 3201 E Houston St., San Antonio, TX 78219

Audience: Attendees include purchasing cooperative members, area school districts, charter, private, and non-profit organizations which may include superintendents, business managers, purchasing managers, child nutrition directors, and department administrators.

Setup Schedule:

Kitchen Move-in -September 08, 2026 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Exhibitor Check-in and Booth Setup - September 09, 2026 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

*exhibitors may choose to setup their booth(s) the morning of the event, if needed

Each 10 ft. x 10 ft. booth will be draped and include a 6 ft. table, two chairs, one wastebasket, and one booth identification sign. Fees for electrical and Wi-Fi are separate. Parking at the event is free.
