TDA would like to ensure that Contracting Entities (CEs) have the needed flexibility in feeding their children and provide assistance in any way possible.
Therefore, all pounds will remain in CE accounts for future ordering. Additionally, survey requests for school year 2020-2021 have not been modified.
Please be aware that having your new allocations and carryover pounds may create excess inventory at some point.
To help alleviate this, menu planning may need to be enhanced or changed and will be a vital key in utilizing your inventory for school year 2020-2021.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Education Service Center (ESC) so they may assist you.
If a CE has determined they cannot use their pounds at any given time, options of transferring to another CE or the Texas State Account are available to help reduce your inventory balances in the future.
